To fulfill this requirement, proper attention has been given in selection of the administrative staff. Further, to increase the managerial skill, the incumbent staff members are being participated in different training and seminars. The performance of staff is reviewed at least once in a year by putting it on the teacher appraisal frame.
Each and every person wants the continuous evaluation after completing the works. As this it also believes in continuous evaluation. Besides the regular class assignments and Unit tests, Monthly, Terminal and Annual examinations are being taken.
As we know that uniform is the dominant part of discipline. Not only this, it also facilitates to beget the uniformity among the students from different categories and intensities.
